AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING SECTION III B.OF
ORDINANCE NO.185 OF THE TOWN OF ESThS
PARK,COLORADO,AND SECTION 12.7-1 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,RELATING TO USE RESTRICTIONS IN
R-2 PfIJLTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section III B.of Ordinance No.185
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby
amended by adding to B.R-2 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
the following:
5.Establishments serving food and beverages provided
alcoholic liquor or fermented malt beverages,as defined by
state law,are not sold;that such uses operate in conjunction
with and principally for tourist accommodations located on the
same lot;and that said food and beverages are served and con
sumed solely within a building or enclosed patio areas but not
within motor vehicles that may be located therein.
Section 2.The Board of Trustees herewith finds,
determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of public health and safety
for zoning affects public health and safety,and whereas in
the opinion of the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,
this ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days after its final passage,adoption and publication.
