AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF LONGMONT
STREET DEDICATED TO PUBLIC USE IN WRITE
HEADOW VIEW PLACE ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That that portion of Longmont Street
shown on the recorded plat of White Meadow View Place
Addition to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,described
as follows:
A portion of Longmont Street as shown on the
recorded plat of White Meadow View Place
Addition to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado
described as follows:That portion of said
Longmont Street on either side of the following
center line location:Beginning at the South
west corner of Lot 23 of said Addition;thence
North 67°L151 East a distance of 359 feet to the
Southwesterly right of way line of Longmont
Street which crosses the Northeast corner of
Lot 12 of said Addition;
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2.The Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado herewith finds,determines and declares
that said portion of Longmont Street is not needed for
ingress or egress to any property adjacent thereto,and
that the convenience of the people will not in any way be
affected or impaired by vacating said portion of Longmont
Street,and that the owners of the land abutting upon said
portion of Longmont Street have duly requested the Board
of Trustees to vacate the same.
Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park herewith finds,determines and designates that

this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace,health and safety,and whereas in the
opinion of the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days
after its final passage,adoption and publication.
