ORDINANCE NO.355
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12.14 OF THE MUEICIPAL
CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING
TO ZONING DISTRICTS AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTHES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 12.14-2 of the Municipal Code of the
Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby amended to
read:
F.All the lands included in Block 10,according to
the second amended plat (including Piltz,Webster
and Bauer Re-Subdivisions)except Lot 27 of
Block 10,Lots 8,9 and 10 of Piltz Re-Subdivision,
Lot l8ofBlock 10,and Lots 2 and 3 of subdivision
of Lot l7cfBlock 10,in the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado together with the easterly one-half of
the vacated area adjoining said premises on the
westerly side thereof.
Section 2.That Section 12.14-5 of the Municipal Code of the
Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
0.Lots 2 and 3 of subdivision of Lot 17,Block 10,
in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado together with
the easterly one-half of the vacated area adjoining
said premises on the westerly side thereof.
Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park
herewith finds,determines and designates that this ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health
and safety,for the regulation of zoning affects the public health and
safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board of Trustees an emergency
exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days
after its final passage,adoption and publication.
