ORDINANCE NO.26 -72
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 16.3 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOr]N OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO BURNING OF
GARBAGE,WASTE,MATERIALS OR MATTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWP
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 16.3 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Section 2.The Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and desig
nates that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace,health and safety,for the
regulation of the burning of garbage,waste,materials or
other matter affects the public peace,health and safety,
and whereas in the opinion of the Board of Trustees an
emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five ()days after its final passage,adoption
and publication.
PASSED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND SIGNED THIS
24th DAY OF July ,1972.
