ORDINANCE NO.22-72
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 12.L-2
AND 12.L-5 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
TOMN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING
TO ZONING AND REZONING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOMU
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That paragraph B of Section l2.L-2 of
the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is
amended to read as follows:
B.All the lands included in Country Club Manor
Addition.
Section 2.That paragraph (c)of Section l2.L-of
the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is
amended to read as follows:
(c)Reserved.
Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace,health and safety,for zoning affects the
public peace,health and safety,and whereas in the opinion of
the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force five ()days after its final
passage,adoption and publication.
PASSED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND SIGNED THIS 10TH
DAY OF JULY ,1972.
