ORDINANCE NO.19-72
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF WEST
RIVERSIDE DRIVE,LOCATED ALONG THE WEST
LINE OF LOT 50 OF RIVERSIDE SUBDIVISION
ADDITION TO THE TOWE OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TUB TOWE
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That,that portion of West Riverside Drive,
located along the West line of Lot 50 of Riverside Subdivision
Addition to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,according to
p1st filed December 11,1907,more particularly described as
fo ilows:
Beinning at a point on the South line of the
NE of Section 25,Township 5 North,Range 73
West of the 6th P.M.from which the U.S.
General Land Office brass cap *corner marker
bears North 89°38’West 118.89 feet;thence
along a curve to the left whose radial point
bears North 37°O6’West 115.0 feet a distance
of 73.73 feet (resultant chord being North
3L°32’East 72.L7 feet)this point being marked
by a Town of Estes Park brass capped concrete
post on the Easterly right of way of West
Riverside Drive Street;thence Southeasterly
on a curve to the left whose radial point bears
North 8L°25’East 100.0 feet a distance of 69.0
feet more or less (scaled from original plat)
to its intersection with the South line of the
NE*;thence along this line North 89°38’West
69.11 feet to the point of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2.The Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and declares
that said portion of said street is not needed for ingress or
egress to or from any property adjacent thereto,and that the
convience of the people will not in anyway be affected or
impaired by vacating said portion of said street,and that
the owner of the land abutting on said portion of said street
has duly requested the Board of Trustees to vacate the same.
Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace,health and safety,and whereas in the opinion

of the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force five ()days after its
final passage,adoption and publication.
