ORDINANCE NO.17-72
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.238
OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO,AND THE STREET MAP OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,AS THE SAME
PERTAIN TO ROCKWELL STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 1 of Ordinance No.238 of
the Ordinances of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,and the
map attached to said Ordinance No.238 designated “Street
Map of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado”are hereby amended
by adding thereto a street running along the South lines of
Lots 32 and 33 River-Side Subdivision between and connecting
with East River-Side Drive and West River-Side Drive and
naming said street Rockwell Street.
Section 2.That the Board of Trustees herewith finds,
determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace,health and
safety for the naming of streets affects the public peace,
health and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board
of Trustees an emergency exists,this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5)days after its final passage,
adoption and publication.
