HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 13-72© ORDINANCE NO.13-72 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 12.4-1, 12.4—2,12.4-5 AND 12.4—7 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO, RELATING TO ZONING AND REZONING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1.That Section 12.4—1 Y.of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended to read as follows: /Y.Reserved. Section 2.That Section 12.4—2 C.of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended to read as follows: C.Lots 21 through 28,Lot 29 except the Northerly 59 feet thereof,and Lot 41 of Riverside Subdivision,according to the second amended plat of the Town.All the land lying between the street West Riverside Parkway in Riverside Subdivision and the center line of the Big Thompson River and Southerly from the Southerly boundary of Lot 41 of said Riverside Subdivision,except the South 165 feet thereof. All the lands lying between the street East Riverside Parkway in said Riverside Subdivision and the center line of the Big Thompson River. Section 5.That Section 12.4—5 (a)of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended to read as follows: /(a)All the lands located in Blocks 1,2,5,4,5, 6,7,8,9,and 11,Town of Estes Park,according to the Second Amended Plat thereof,Lot 27 of Block 10,Town of Estes Park,according to the Second Amended Plat thereof; that certain tract of land platted on the Second Amended Plat of the Town of Estes Park,as a park;also that unnamed tract of land bounded on the West by the Easterly line of Block 11, on the South by Elkhorn Avenue,and on the North and East by the corporate limits of the Town.of Estes Park;also that unnamed tract oi land located in the Town of Estes Park and bounded on the West by the East line of Block 4,on the North by Elkhorn Avenue,on the South by the Big Thompson River, and on the East by the intersection of Elkhorn Avenue with the Big Thompson River,all as shown by the Second Amended Plat of the Town of Estes Park;Lots No.17A,17B,18,19, and 21 of SunnyAcres Addition;Lots No.1,2,5,4,5,6, 7,8,9,10,11,12,15,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,Northerly 59 feet of 29,50,51,52,55,54,55,56,and Lots 57,58, 59,40,and 42 of Riverside Subdivision;the Southerly 165 feet of Riverside Subdivision located between the street West Riverside Drive and the center line of the Big Thompson River;Lot 18 of Block 10,Town of Estes Park;Lots No.1 and 2 of Stanley Meadow Addition;Lots 1A,2A,5A,4A,5A,CA,7A, 8A,9A,bA,hA,12A,iSA,14A,15A,16A,17A and 5 of First Re-Subdivision of Buenna Vista Terrace as shown by the recorded plat thereof. Section 4.That Section 12.4—7 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended by adding thereto the following: J (e)All the lands included within Thompson’s Pinewood Acres Resubdivision of Lots 1,2 and 5 of Thompson’s Pinewood Acres Addition to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado. Section 5.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health and safety,for zoning affects the public peace,health and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its final passage,adoption and publication. —2— PASSED BY T BOARD OF TRUSTEES SIGD THIS ______ DAY OF MAY,1972.
