ORDINANCE NO.10-72
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 12.4-1
AND 12.4-7 OF THE MUIUCIPAL CODE OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING
TO ZONING AND REZONING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 12.4—1 (j)of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended to read
as follows:
‘12.4—1 (j)Reserved.
Section 2.That Section 12.4—7 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended by adding
thereto the following:
12.4-7 (cY Village Acres Addition to the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 3.That Section 12.4—1 (e)of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended to read
as follows:
‘12.4—1 (e)Reserved.
Section 4.That Section 12.4—7 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended by adding
thereto the following:
‘F 12.4-7 (d All of Lots 100 through 122,inclusive;
Lots 126 through 136,inclusive;Lots 138 through 142,
inclusive,of Al Fresco Place Addition to the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado.
Section 5.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace,health and safety,for zoning affects the
public peace,health and safety,and whereas in the opinion of

the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force five (5)days after its final
passage,adoption and publication.
