The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado
met in special session,in full conformity with law and the ordi
nances and rules of the Town,at the Town Hall,being the regular
meeting place of the Board,on Monday,the 17th day of April,
1972,at 7:30 o’clock P.M.There were present and answering at
roll call:

Thereupon there was read and considered the following
Certificate of Determination:

CERTIFICATE OF DETERMINATION
WHEREAS,the Town of Estes Park has outstanding certain
general obligation water bonds and refunding water bonds,which
bonds by 139-44-1 et seq.CRS 1963,as amended may be refunded by
the issuance,without election,of refunding bonds;and
WHEREAS,the amount of the refunding bonds to be issued
must be determined by the Board of Trustees prior to the issuance
thereof;
THEREFORE,BE IT CERTIFIED AND DETERMINED:
1.That the following outstanding general obligation water
bonds and refunding water bonds,being in amounts and being num
bered as follows,are hereby refunded by the issuance of the re
funding bonds hereinafter mentioned:

.2.That general obligation refunding water bonds in a to
tal principal amount of $750,000 are hereby authorized to be is
sued for the purpose of refunding the general obligation water
bonds and refunding water bonds described in Section 1 above,and
this Certificate of Determination shall be entered upon the rec
ords of the Town prior to the issuance of said refunding bonds.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Town of Estes Park has caused this
Certificate to be signed in its corporate name by its Mayor,

sealed with its Corporate seal,and attested by the To Clerk,as
of the 17th day of April,1972.

It was thereupon moved by Trustee and
seconded by Trustee

that the foregoing Certificate
of Determination,read in full at this meeting,be adopted,and
that such Certificate be made and entered in and upon the records
of the Town.
The question being upon the adoption of said motion,the
roll was called with the following result:

members of the Board of Trustees having voted in
favor of said motion,the presiding officer thereupon declared the
motion carried and the Certificate of Determination adopted.
Thereupon,Mayor Tregent announced that the Board would
consider an ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of
$750,000 in General Obligation Refunding Water Bonds.
