ORDINANCE NO.35-72
AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING SECTIONS 12.9-1,
12.10-1 AND 12.10-A OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE TO OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,
RELATING TO ZONING AND PERMITTED USES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 12.9—1,paragraph I of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended
to read as follows:
1.Any use permitted in the R—2 Multiple—Family
Residence District except one—family dwellings,two—family
dwellings and guest dwellings;provided that guest dwellings
shall not be construed to be tourist accommodations or to
prohibit such a use in this zoning district.
Section 2.That Section 12.10-1,paragraph I of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended
to read as follows:
1.Any use permitted in the C—2 Restricted Commercial
District.
Section 3.That Section 12.10—A,paragraph I of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended
to read as follows:
1.Any use permitted in C—i Commercial District.
Section 4.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public peace,health and safety,for zoning affects the
public peace,health and safety,and whereas in the opinion
of the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its final
passage,adoption and publication.
