AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16.12.040 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO
ENFORCEMENT OF TOWN SUBDIVISION ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO:
Section 1.Section 16.12.040 of the Municipal Code of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado is amended to read as follows:
16.12.040 Noncompliance unlawful--refusal of building permit.
It is unlawful to fail to comply with all of the provisions of this title,
unless exceptions and/or conditions have been granted by the Board of
Trustees.No building permits shall be issued for any parcel not subdivided
in compliance with this title.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30)days after its final passage,sdoption,approval and signature of
the mayor,and publication.
