HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE 22-760 ORDINANCE NO.22 -76 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 17.24.010 (3) AND 17.32.010(1)OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTE$PARK,COLORADO,REALTING TO THE ZONING OF RIVERSIDE SUB-DIVISION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO: Section 1.Section 17.24.010(3)of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby amended to read as follows: 17.24.010 Boundaries.Lots 21 through 28,and Lot 41 of Riverside Sub—division,according to the second amended plat of the town.All the land lying between West Riverside Parkway in River side Sub-division and the centerline of the Big Thompson River and southerly from the southerly boundary of Lot 41 of Riverside Sub division,except the south one hundred sixty—five feet thereof.All the lands lying between East Riverside Parkway in Riverside Sub division and the centerline of the Big Thompson River except the following described land: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 29,of Riverside Sub—division;thence North 82°42’West fifteen feet to an iron pin marking the east boundary of East Riverside Parkway;thence North 82°42’West thirty-one and sixty-three one hundredths feet to the west boundary of East Riverside Parkway the true point of beginning;thence south 25°45’West seventy— five feet along the west boundary of East Riverside Parkway;thence leaving the west boundary of East Riverside Parkway North 82°42’West to the Big Thompson River;thence along the Big Thompson River to a point which bears North 82°42’West from the point of be ginning;thence South 82°42’East to the true point of beginning; Section 2.Section 17.32.010(1)of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby amended to read as follows: 17.32.010 Boundaries.1.All the lands located in Blocks 1,2,3,4, 5,6,7,8,9 and 11,Town of Estes Park,according to the second amended 0 0 plat thereof,Lot 27 of Block 10,Town of Estes Park,according to the second amended plat thereof;that certain tract of land platted on the second amended plat of the Town of Estes Park, as a park;also that unnamed tract of land bounded on the west by the easterly line of Block 11,on the south of Elkhorn Avenue, and on the north and east by the corporate limits of the Town of Estes Park;also that unnamed tract of land located in the Town of Estes Park and bounded on the west by the east line of Block 4,on the north by Elkhorn Avenue,on the south by the Big Thompson River,and on the east by the intersection of Elkhorn Avenue with the Big Thompson River,all as shown by the second amended plat of the Town of Estes Park;Lots 17A,17B,18,19,and 21 of Sunny Acres Addition;Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13, 14,15,16,17,18,19,20,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,and Lots 37,38,39,40 and 42 of Riverside Sub-division;the southerly 165 feet of Riverside Sub—Division located between West Riverside Drive and the centerline of the Big Thompson River;Lot 18 of Block 10,Town of Estes Park;Lots 1 and 2 of Stanley Meadow Addition; Lots lA,2A,3A,4A,5A,6A,7A,8A,9A,bA,ilA,12A,13A,l4A, 15A,16A,17A and 5 of First Resubdivision of Buenna Vista Terrace as shown by the recorded plat thereof; Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,hereby finds,determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health and safety,for the regulation of zoning affects the public peace,health and safety;and whereas,in the opinion of the Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its final passage,adoption and approval and signature of the Mayor. —2— PASSED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND SIGNED THIS _______ DAY OF JUNE,1976.
