AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.04.040 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING TO
BUSINESS REGULATIONS AND LICENSES AND THE ISSUANCE AND
EXPIRATION TERMS THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1 .Section 5.04.040 of the Municipal Code of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended to read as follows:
5.04.040 Term.All licenses shall be issued on a calendar year
basis only,and they shall expire with the calendar year for which they are
issued;provided,however,issuance and expiration of all classes of liquor
licenses and of all fermented malt beverage licenses shall be according to
the laws of the State of Colorado.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30)days after its final passage,adoption,approval and signature
of the mayor,and publication.
