AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 17.24.010
AND 17.36.010 8 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,RELATING
TO ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.Section 17.24.010 of the Municipal Code of
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
19.The following described lands located within
Community Addition:Commencing at the NE corner of SE¼of
Section 30,Township 5 North,Range 72 West of the 6th P.M.,
South 0°24’F 572 feet,North 89°11’W 1304 feet to the
1/16th section line,thence South 0°7’W 1060 feet to the
True Point of Beginning;South 0°7’W 563.5 feet,South
89°01’E 1889.7 feet to the intersection of the westerly
right-of—way of Fish Creek Road,said point also bears
North 54°25’E 706.5 feet from southeast corner of Section
30,thence along Fish Creek Road right—of-way North 09°41’
E 604.3 feet,to southeast corner Estes Park School District
Land,thence West 1990 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Section 2.Section 17.36.010 8 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby amended to read
as follows:
8.All lands included within Community Addition,
except the following:Commencing at the NE corner of SE¼of
Section 30,Township 5 North,Range 72 West of the 6th P.M.,
South 0°24’E 572 feet,North 89°11’W 1304 feet to the
1/16th section line,thence South 0°7’W 1060 feet to the
True Point of Beginning;South 00 7 W 563.5 feet,South 89°
01’E 1889.7 feet to the intersection of the westerly right
of-way of Fish Creek Road,said point also bears North 54°25’

E 706.5 feet from southeast corner of Section 30,thence
along Fish Creek Road right-of-way North 09°41’E 604.3
feet,to southeast corner Estes Park School District Land,
thence West 1990 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Section 3.The board of trustees of the town of
Estes Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and desig
nates that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace,health and safety,for the
zoning of property affects the public peace,health and safe
ty;and whereas,in the opinion of the board of trustees,an
emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force after its final passage,adoption and the approval and
signature of the mayor.
