ORDINANCE NO.7 -76
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AN AREA TO THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,TO BE
KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS “CLIFFS ADDI
TION”TO THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLO
RADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That the board of trustees hereby finds
and determines that the town of Estes Park,Colorado,is the
sole owner of the hereinafter described area;that the town
of Estes Park,Colorado,desires to annex said area;that
said area is eligible for annexation to the town of Estes
Park,Colorado,as set out in sections 31-12-104(1)(a)and
31—12-105,C.R.S.1973,as amended;that said area is not
solely a public street or right of way;and that said area
may be annexed without notice and hearing as provided in
sections 31—12—108 and 31—12—109,C.R.S.1973,as amended.
Section 2.That the annexation to the town of Estes
Park,Colorado,of the following described area,to be known
and designated as “Cliffs Addition”to the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,is hereby approved:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Block
11,Town of Estes Park,Second Amended Plat,
Larimer County,Colorado;thence North 72°17’
East 577.3 feet;thence North l7°43’West
342.32 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence South 80°3l’West 92.06 feet;thence
South 73°00’West 76.13 feet;thence South
64°58’West 38.74 feet;thence South 68°18’
West 69.0 feet;thence South 70°50’West
59.9 feet;thence North 00°ll’West 65.24
feet;thence South 88°12’East 76.98 feet;
thence North 66°26’East 154.85 feet;thence
North 80°21’East 89.0 feet;thence South
l7°43’East 42.68 feet to the True Point
of Beginning.
Section 3.This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30)days after its final passage,adoption,
approval and signature of the mayor,and publication.
