AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AN AREA TO THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,TO BE
KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS “STANLEY PARK
ADDITION”TO THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That the board of trustees hereby finds
and determines that the town of Estes Park,Colorado,is the
sole owner of the hereinafter described area;that the town
of Estes Park,Colorado,desires to annex said area;that
said area is eligible for annexation to the town of Estes
Park,Colorado,as set out in sections 31-12-104(1)(a)and
31—12—105,C.R.S.1973,as amended;that said area is not
solely a public street or right of way;and that said area
may be annexed without notice and hearing as provided in
sections 31—12—108 and 31—12—109,C.R.S.1973,as amended.
Section 2.That the annexation to the town of Estes
Park,Colorado,of the following described area,to be known
and designated as “Stanley Park Addition”to the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby approved:
Beginning at the East quarter corner of
Section 30,Township 5 North,Range 72
West of the 6th P.M.;thence North 89°ll’
West 1298.84 feet;thence South 00°07’
West 571.91 feet;thence South 89°ll’
East 1304.0 feet;thence North 00°24’
West 572.0 feet to the Point of Begin
ning.
Section 3.This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force thirty (30)days after its final passage,adoption,
approval and signature of the mayor,and publication.
