ORDINANCE NO.5
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY
TO THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,TO
BE KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS “HIGHWAY
FIRST ADDITION”TO THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That the board of trustees hereby finds
and determines that the hereinafter described territory has
been entirely contained within the boundaries of the town of
Estes Park,Colorado,for a period of not less than three
(3)years from the date of the final adoption of this ordi
nance.
Section 2.That the board of trustees hereby finds
and determines that it is not necessary to comply with the
provisions of sections 31—12—104,31—12—105,31—12—108 or
31—12—109,C.R.S.1973,as amended;that no notice,hearing
or findings relative to this action by the board of trustees
is required or necessary;that no additional terms or con
ditions are to be imposed upon the territory to be annexed;
and that an election is not required under the provisions of
the “Municipal Annexation Act of 1965.”
Section 3.That the annexation to the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,of the following described territory,to be
known and designated as “Highway First Addition”to the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado,is hereby approved:
Commencing at the SE corner of Section 24,
Township 5 North,Range 73 West of 6th P.M.;
