ORDINANCE NO.38-76
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.72.040 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLO
RADO,RELATING TO SIGN CODE VARIANCE AND APPEAL
PROCEDURE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.Section 17.72.040 of the Municipal Code of
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is amended by the addition of
paragraph No.3.,as follows:
3.Sign Code Procedure:Provided,however,appeal and
variance procedure relative to the Sign Code (Chapter 17.66 of
this Municipal Code)shall be in accordance with procedure
set forth in Section 17.66.340 hereof.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30)days after its final passage,adoption,appro
val and signature of the mayor,and publication.
PASSED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND SIGNED THIS 9th
DAY OF November ,1976.
