ORDINANCE NO.26-76
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.32.020,17.36.020 AND
17.48.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,RELATING TO SELF-STORAGE WAREHOUSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.Section 17.32.020(3)of the riunicipal Code of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado is amended to read as follows:
3.Uses permitted by special review:pet stores,small animal
hospitals and kennels,one-family dwellings,two-family dwellinas,guest
dwellings,nursing homes,carillons,electronic instruments imitating a
carillon,and self-storage warehouses.
Section 2.Section 17.36.020(4)of the Municipal Code of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado is amended by the addition of sub-section f.,as
follows:
4.f.Self-storage warehouses.
Section 3.Section 17.48.020(4)is amended to read as follows:
4.Uses permitted by special review:pet stores,small animal
hospitals and kennels,one-fanhily dwellings,two-family dwellings,guest
dwellings,multiple family dwellings,nursing home,carillons,electronic
instruments imitating a carillon and self-storage warehouses.
Section 4.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that this ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health and
safety,for the regulation of zoning affects the public peace,health and
safety;and whereas,in the opinion of the Board of Trustees,an en’ergency
exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its final
passage,adoption and approval and signature of the mayor.
