Absent: Mayor Glen H. Preston, Trustees R.C. Brodie,
d R.H. Lindley.
Also Present: Town Clerk, Verne H. Fanton.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on Nov. 27th, read and
approved as read:
Trustee Watson moved that the following bills be allowed and
paid, and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for
