MinOesofa regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the
day of kugust , A. D. 19 a f regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor_faen...11—..Preston
Present: Mayor Glen 11, Preston Trustees: 1:lon.ald C. Brodie,
Garry E, Casey, S.M. Hurd, Robert 11,Linbisy, Pu1. 1, onahan
and.. George D„ Wetson, Also Town Clerk, Verne Tit Fanton,
Atsent: None.
Minutes of the regular meeting held. on August 91 read. and..
approved as read,
Two applications were. sunmdtted to the Board for the position
of night marehall. Following the discussion, Trustee Wbtson
moved. and. Trustee 'Brodie secondedtho motion that E..E. Holton
be employed, as night mershall at a monthly salary of One
Hundred. Fifty Dollars, with a. monthly alio -anee of 50 gallons
of gasoline per mnnth, uniform cleaned twice a month and one
night a. week of for that part of the year that there is
only one men on the force. Upon, roll. call the above motion
carried by the follwoing vote: Those voting "Yes", trustees
Brodei, Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan and Watson, Those
voting "No", None,
Trustee Brodie movedand.. trustee Casey. seconded tho motion
that the following amounts of money.. tendered the Town for
the Stanley Park. Fund, anri. ear -marked for: the construction
of the correls and.. pens, be accepted;
Estes Park.. Liverymenls Assoc. donee proceeds, $ 526.68
Brinkley Drug, 25.00
Ruth Hernden, 25.00
Uponroll. call. the above motion carried, by thefollowing vote :
These voting "Yes", trustees Brodie, Casey, Hurd, Lindley,
Monahan and. Watson, Those voting "No", None.
There being no further business to come before the meeting,
it wes regularly movedseconded and carried that the meeting
adjourn -
