Minutes of a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the........7th.........

Meeting called to order by Mayor Glen H, Preston
Present: Mayor Glen H. Preston Trustees: G.E. Casey, S,M, Hurd,
R.H. Lihdley, Paul J. Monahan, and George H. Watson.
Absent: Ronald C. Brodie.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on May 10, read and approved
as read.
Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Lindley seconded the motion that
the following bills be allowed and paid, and that the Clerk be
instructed to draw warrants for same:
Mountain States Telephone Co., service,
Morey Mercantile Co,, supplies
W.H. Kistler Company, supplies
Eastman Kodak Stores, supplies
L.C. Cole, services
Estes Park Lumber Company, supplies
Preston Garage, supplies
E.C. Gooch, supplies
Estes Park Trail, Print. & Pub.,
Equipment Fund,
John Griffith, gravel
Estes Park Hardware, supplies

Upon roll call the above motion carried by the following vote:
"Yes", trustees kx atta, Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan & Watson.
"No", None.
Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Watson Seconded the motion that
the Town Clerk be instructed to write a letter of appreciation
to Mr. J.P. Solar:, District Superintendent of Maintenance, for
the State Highway Department, for the cooperation and attention
he has given to the highway through Estes Park. Upon roll call
the above motion carried by the following vote: "Yes", trustees
Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan and Watson. "No", None.
Trustee Hurd moved and Trustee Watsnn seconded the motion that
the Town Clerk be instructed to write :a letter of thanks and
appreciation to S.S. Magoffin for his inviatation to the Board
to be his guests on June 5, to inspect the Colorado -Big Thompson
Tunnel. Upon roll call the above motion carried by the following
vote: "Yes" trustees Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan & Watson.
"No", None.
