Minutes of a.regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the
day of. February ............. A. D. 19..40 at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor. ..C.N-.-Rockwell
Present: Mayor C.N. Rockwell Trustees: H.S. Boyd, G.E. Casey
S.M. Hurd and Glen H. Preston. Absent, trustees R.C.
Brodie and G.B. Hall.
Minuets of the last regular meeting held on January 8,
1940 and the special meeting held on January 29, 1940
were read and approved as read.
Trustee Hurd moved and trustee Boyd seconded the motion
that the following bills be allowed and paid and that the
clerk be instructed to draw warrents for same.

Present: Mayor Trustees:
Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following
vote; Yes, trustees Boyd, Casey, Hurd and Preston.

Trustee Hurd moved and trustee Casey seconded the motion
that the town clerk's salary start Fobr. I, 1940 at
$ 100^00 per month. The motion was carried by the foIlonioj
note. Yes, trustees Boyd, Casey, Hurd and Preston.
ITo., none.
A certified copy of the 000roa of the Estes Park Pipe
lines and a certified copy of the Decree of the Glacier
Crecb Pipe line, in the Nvater adjudication proceeding,
from the District Court was read and ordered filed.
There being no further business to come before the meeting
it was regularly moved, seconded, mod carried that the
