Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 13th day of April , A. D. 19 36 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor. Pro Tein3, Clyde M. Casey, C.Byron Hall, S. M. Hurd, E. R. Rivera, Clerk, Chas. F. Hix. Absent, yor Bond, Trustees T. C. Jelsema and Glen H. Preston. Minutes of regular meeting held March 9th, 1936 and special meeting held April lst,1936 were read and approved as read. Trustee Rockwell moved and Trustee Hall seconded the motion that the following bille be allowed and paid and Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Water Department, Petty Cash Fund, $ 50.90 E. Tallant, Salary 87.50 Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Hall, Low, Rivers and Rockwell. Nay, none. Clerk was inetructed to write several Denver certified public accountants asking for pricee for making an audit of the Town books and also ascertaining the nearest date on which they could commence the audit. Mayor Pro Tem Clyde M. Low swore in the new ,yor and six Trustees who were elected at the General Town Election on April 7th, 1936 as follows: yor, C. N. Rockwell. Trustees, H. B. Boyd, G. E. Casey, C. Byron Hall, S. M. Hurd and E. R. Rivers; Trustee Glen H. Preston being absent. Meeting called to order by Mayor Present: Mayor Trustees: continued - Thereafter Mayor Rockwell made the following appointments: STREET & ALLEY- C. Byron Hall and Glen H. Freston PUBLIC BUILDINGS & PARES- G. E. Casey, C. Byron Hall and H. B. Boyd SEWER & DISPOSAL PLANT- E. R. Rivers and S. M. Hurd BUILDING- NEW & REMODELING- S. M. Hurd, Glen H. Preston and H. B. Boyd TREASURER- C. Byron Hall MAYOR FRO TEM - Glen H. Preston CLERK - Chas. F. Hix ATTORNEY7 Romans and Chilean HEALTH OFFICER - Dr. Roy Wiest SUPERINTENDENT OF WATER DEPARTYENT, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT & ETC.- LEe H. Tallant POLICE JUDGE- J. J.Duncan NIGHT MARSHALL- E. E. Holton ATTENDANT SEWER DISPOSAL PLANT -YARDS and BUILDINGS - Carl Hyatt FTRE CHIEF- G. E. Casey Trustee Rivers moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that the appointments as made by the yor be and the same are hereby confirmed. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees, Boyd, Ceeey,Hall, Hurd and Rivers. Nay, none. Clerk was instructed:to notify Romans and Chilean asking that one member of their firm be present at the next regular meeting; to notify A'. S. Fogg that his services will be dispensed with by the Board after May 15th, 1936; and to place a notice in the Estes Park Trail stating that the board would receive applications for the position of day marshal' during the next suev-r season. Trustee Hall moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that approximately 6()0 feet of new 8 " sewer line be laid from the manhole at the SE corner of Riverside Amusement Park Dance Hall west and south to and along Riverside Parkway and the necessary manholes. Upon roll call said motion 'ts carried by the following vote: Yea, Truetees, Boyd, Casey, Hell, Hurt and Rivers. Nay, none. There being no further business to come before the meeting it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that meeting adjourn. ATTEST: Clerk
