ARESOLUTIONOFTHETECHNICALREVIEWCOMMITTEEOFTHESTANLEYHISTORICDISTRICTMASTERPLANAPPROVINGWITHCONDITIONSTHEFINALPACKAGEFORTHECARRIAGEHOUSEPROJECTWHEREAS,thefinalpackageoftheprojectreferencedinthetitleofthisresolutionmeetstherequirementsoftheStanleyHistoricDistrictMasterPlanforafinalpackage;andWHEREAS,thefinalpackage,consideredinconjunctionwiththepreviouslyapprovedpreliminarypackage,includessufficientdetailfortheTechnicalReviewCommittee(TRC)todeterminewhethertheplansmeettherequirementsoftheMasterPlanandtheapplicabledevelopmentagreementwithregardtopublicimprovements,pedestrianconnectivity,andwaterbackflowandmeteringsecurity,forthepurposesofapprovingafinalpackage.NOW,THEREFORE,THETECHNICALREVIEWCOMMITTEERESOLVESASFOLLOWS:1.TheStanleyCarriageHouseprojectfinalpackagemeetsthestandardsandrequirementsintheStanleyHistoricDistrictMasterPlanandEstesParkMunicipalCodeChapter17.44,andisherebyapprovedontheconditiondescribedbelow.2.Totheextenttheyarenotinconflictwiththefinalpackage,allitemsapprovedbytheTechnicalReviewCommitteeinthepreliminarypackageareherebyincorporatedbyreferenceinthisfinalpackageapproval.3.Section2oftheResolutionoftheTechnicalReviewCommitteeoftheStanleyHistoricDistrictMasterPlanApprovingwithConditionsthePreliminaryPackagefortheCarriageHouseProject(Aug.24,2020)isherebyrepealed,andsuchconditionsofapprovalarereplacedwiththefollowingconditionofapprovalonthefinalpackageoftheprojectreferencedinthetitleofthisresolution:TheCarriageHouserestaurantshallnotreceiveaTOOorCOtooperateinanycapacityunlessanduntilallpublicandprivateimprovementsassociatedwiththeCarriageHouseprojectandEastParkingLot(B-11160)areconstructedandapprovedbytheTown.DATEDthisttdayof_\]e,be(2020.TravisMachalekChair,TechnicalReviewCommitteeKarinSwanlundRecordingSecretary
