RESOLUTIONNO.16-14WHEREAS,acomplaintbytheEstesParkPoliceDepartmentandtheColoradoLiquorEnforcementDivisionwaspresentedtotheTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkonAugust9,2014chargingCARLE.SCOTTdbaCOFFEEONTHEROCKS,aTAVERNLIQUORLICENSE,LIQUORLICENSENO.4701353withcertainviolationsofthestatutesoftheStateofColoradoandRulesandRegulationsoftheColoradoDepartmentofRevenue,LiquorEnforcementDivision;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesherebydeterminesthatthereisprobablecausethattheaforementionedLicenseehasviolatedoneormoreofthestatutesand/orrulesandregulationsgoverningtheoperationsofthelicenseasmorefullysetforthinthecomplaint;andWHEREAS,theBoardfindsitisnecessarytoholdahearingandissueanOrdertoShowCausewhytheaforementionedlicenseshouldnotbesuspendedorrevokedduetotheviolation(s)presentedtotheBoard.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Section1.ThatashowcausehearingshallbeheldpursuanttoSection12-47-601,C.R.S.,andaNoticeofHearingbeissuedtotheLicenseetoappearandshowcausewhythelicenseshouldnotbesuspendedorrevoked.SaidhearingshalltakeplaceattheTownBoardmeetingscheduledTuesday,September9,2014at7:00p.m.intheBoardRoomoftheEstesParkTownHall,170MacGregorAvenue,EstesPark,Colorado.Section2.ThattheTownClerkshallcauseanOrdertoShowCauseandNoticeofHearingontheaforementionedcomplainttobemailedtothefollowing:INTRODUCED,READANDPASSEDTHISATTEST:QTjClerkMR.CARLE.SCOTTDIBIACOFFEEONTHEROCKS510MORAINEAVENUEESTESPARK,COLORADO80517
