RESOLUTIONNO.29-14ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR2014TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE2015BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember25th,2014;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpenseis$315,763;andWHEREAS,thepreliminarynetvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$173,305,830.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposemeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe2015budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof1.822millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear2014.ThattheTownClerkisherbyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis25thdayofNovember,2014.TOWNESTESPARKMayorATTEST:Clerk
