0RESOLUTION16-88WHEREAS,onNovember8,1988,thequestionofestablishingtheEstesValleyPublicLibraryDistrictandincreasingthemaximumauthorizedmilllevyforsuchDistrictandprovidingothermattersrelatingthereto,shallbesubmittedtotheregisteredelectorsofsuchDistrict;andWHEREAS,theEstesParkLibrarydesirestoprovideinformationandmaterialsurgingsaidelectorstovote“Yes”attheelectionfortheDistrictandthemilllevy;andWHEREAS,Section1—45—116,C.R.S.1973,providesthattheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkshallspecificallyapprovethisdistributionofmaterials,useoftheEstesParkPublicLibraryandworkonthecampaignbyemployeesofthelibraryduringworkinghours.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Section1.ThatallemployeesandvolunteersoftheEstesParkPublicLibraryshallbeentitledtoworkonthecampaignfortheproposaltoestablishtheEstesValleyPublicLibraryDistrict,toincreasethemaximumauthorizedmilllevyforsuchDistrict,andallothermattersrelatingtheretoduringtheirworkinghoursattheEstesParkLibrary. 00 0Section2.ThattheEstesParkPublicLibrarymaybeusedforthepurposeofdistributingmaterialsandinformationwithregardtotheaforementionedcampaigntotheregisteredelectorsoftheproposedDistricturgingthemtovote“Yes”atsaidelection.Section3.ThattheequipmentoftheEstesParkPublicLibrary,suchasreproductionequipmentandsupplies,maybeusedintheaforementionedcampaign.ADOPTEDTHIS______dayof,1988.TOWNOFESTESPARKMayorATTEST:TownClerk 00w
