RESOLUTION 14-88
WHEREAS,the General Revenue Sharing (GRS)Entitlement
Program has been discontinued by the U.S.Federal Government;and
WHEREAS,said GRS program requires that the fund be
appropriated within twenty-four (24)months of receipt;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,believes an equipment purchase is necessary which could
not have reasonably been foreseen at the time of adoption of the
budget for the year 1988.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
1.That the appropriation for the General Revenue Sharing
Fund is hereby increased by $631.00,the beginning fund
balance in the General Revenue Sharing Fund,is the
source of this appropriation.
