00RESOLUTIONNO.12-89WHEREAS,Section17.16.050(C)oftheMunicipalCodeoftheTownofEstesParkprovidesthatMunicipalusesareexemptfromthecontainmentprovisionoftheC-IDzoningdistrictprovidedsuchMunicipalusesareapprovedbytheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark;andWHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkdesirestouseanREOSpeedwagonasaportableticketboothtosellticketsforspecialeventsbeingheldintheTownofEstesPark;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesdesirestoapprovetheuseofthismotorvehicleasaportableticketboothintheC-DzoningdistrictsubjecttothetermsandprovisionsofthethisResolution.NOW,THEREFORE,beitresolvedbytheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado:1.TheREQSpeedwagon,hereinafterreferredtoasthe“PortableTicketBooth”,shallbeusedtosellticketstoTownsponsoredandapprovedeventsandisexemptfromthecontainmentprovisionofSection17.16.050(C)oftheMunicipalCode,subjecttotherequirementthattheportableticketboothshallbeusedonlyonMunicipallyownedparkinglotsorotherpublicallyownedproperties.2.ThisResolutiononlyappliestotheuseofthePortableTicketBoothwhenitisoperatedintheC-IDzoningdistrict.ze2MyorATTEST:TownClerkq3/res)utia2 C’0
