0RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIES26-89ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGGENERALPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR1990,TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE1990BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonDecember12,1989;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpensesis$149,100;andWHEREAS,the1990netvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$45,889,860.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposeofmeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe1990budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof3.245millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear1990.ThattheTownClerkisherebyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis12thdayofDecember,1989.MayorATTEST:TownClerkiv 00 00Section3.Thatthebudget,assubmitted,amended,andhereinabovesummarizedbyfund,beandthesameherebyisapprovedandadoptedasthebudgetoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,fortheyearstatedabove.Section4.ThatthebudgetherebyapprovedandadoptedshallbesignedbytheMayorandTownClerkandmadeapartofthepublicrecordsoftheTown.ADOPTEDthis12thdayofDecember,1989.MayorATTEST:L)TownClerkvii 00
