CRESOLUTION5-90WHEREAS,Section24-68-104C.R.S.,providesthatthevestingofanypropertyrightforaperiodexceedingthree(3)yearsmustbebyspecificauthorizationoftheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesPark;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkandtheownersofLakeMeadowsCondominiums,Lot2,AyersAcres,EstesPark,ColoradohaveagreedontheapprovalofadevelopmentplanforthecontinuationoftheLakeMeadowsCondominiumprojectwhichshallcontainextensionofthevestedpropertyrightsforaperiodofsix(6)yearsfromthedateoftheapprovaloftheDevelopmentPlanbythePlanningCommissionoftheTownofEstesPark.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:1.TheBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkandalloftheownersofLakeMeadowsCondominiums,Lot2,AyersAcres,EstesPark,ColoradoasthesamearesetforthontheAmendmenttoDevelopmentPlan#13,LakeMeadowCondominiums,herebyagreethatthevestedpropertyrightsfordevelopmentoftheprojectpursuanttosaidAmendmenttoDevelopmentPlanshallbeforaperiodofsix(6)yearsfromthedateoftheapprovalofsaidAmendmenttoDevelopmentPlanbytheEstesParkPlanningCommissiononJanuary16,1990.Datedthis/3dayof___________,1990TOWNOFESTESPARKBy:______MayorATTEST:TownClerk 00
