00RESOLUTIONTOSETMILLLEVIES27-90ARESOLUTIONLEVYINGGENERALPROPERTYTAXESFORTHEYEAR1991,TOHELPDEFRAYTHECOSTSOFGOVERNMENTFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHE1991BUDGETYEAR.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkwilladopttheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember13,1990;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforgeneraloperatingexpensesis$157,100;andWHEREAS,theamountofmoneynecessarytobalancethebudgetforrefundandabatementsis$1,891;andWHEREAS,the1990netvaluationforassessmentfortheTownofEstesParkascertifiedbytheCountyAssessoris$45,616,220.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThatforthepurposeofmeetingallgeneraloperatingexpensesoftheTownofEstesParkduringthe1991budgetyear,thereisherebyleviedataxof3.485millsuponeachdollarofthetotalvaluationforassessmentofalltaxablepropertywithintheTownfortheyear1991.ThattheTownClerkisherebyauthorizedanddirectedtoimmediatelycertifytotheCountyCommissionersofLarimerCounty,Colorado,themillleviesfortheTownofEstesParkashereinabovedeterminedandset.ADOPTEDthis13thdayofNATTEST:TownClerk 00
