RESOLUTION 11-9O
WHEREAS,the Town of Estes Park has determined the Conference
Center Fund 1990 budget is to be increased and has realigned the
1990 General Fund budget to increase the transfer to the Conference
Center;and
WHEREAS,the General Fund revenues have increased from the
voluntary occupation license assessment program,museum
contribution,Police V.A.L.E.Grant,and Charles Phares Memorial
which will be expended during 1990 for aforementioned purposes;and
WHEREAS,these expenditures could not have been reasonably
foreseen at the time of the adoption of the 1990 Budget,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the
Town of Estes Park,Colorado:
1.That the Conference Center Fund budget be increased from
$227,759 to $250,233.The General Fund transfer will be increased
by $22,474 and the Conference Center line budget increase is to be
spread to the following accounts:employee benefits,supplies,
miscellaneous charges,insurance,vehicle maintenance,and capital.
2.That the General Fund appropriation be increased from
$7,013,232 to $7,043,673.The General Fund revenue increased in
the following accounts:voluntary assessment $2,325,museum
contribution (other revenue)$4,000,V.A.L.E.Grants $8,000,
Charles Phares Memorial (other revenue)$16,116.The General Fund
1990 appropriations be increased in the following accounts:
advertising $2,325,transfer to museum $4,000,police salaries
$4,100,police supplies $500,and parks capital $16,116.
