ORDINANCE NO.10 -82
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO ZONING
OF FALL RIVER ESTATES FIRST ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1:That Section 17.16.010 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is amended by adding thereto
a new Subsection 15 to read as follows:
15.Lots 41,42 and 43 and Outlot A of Fall River Estates
First Addition to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 2:That Section 17.36.010 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park1 Colorado is amended by adding thereto
a new Subsection 21 to read as follows:
21.Lot 44 of Fall River Estates First Addition of the
Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 3:The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that
this Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preservation of
the public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for
uniform zoning regulations;and,whereas,in the opinion of the
Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately after its passage,adoption and
signature of the Mayor.

I hereby certify that the above ordinance was introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on the 13th
day of April,1982,and published in a newspaper of general circula
tion on the 16th_day of April ,1982,all as required by the
Statutes of the State of Colorado.
