ORDINANCE NO.7 -82
AN ORDINANCE ANENDING CHAPTER 17
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THE SANE
PERTAINING TO ZONING OF PORTIONS OF
GRAND ESTATES ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 17.16.010 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is amended by
adding thereto a new Subsection 14 to read as follows:
14.Lots 3,4,5,6,7,8,12,13,14,19,20,21,23,24,25,26,
27,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44 ,45,46,47,48,49,and 50 Grand
Estates Addition,Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 2.That Section 17.20.010,Subsection 7
of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado
is amended to read as follows:
Reserved;
Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates
that this Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preserva
tion of the public peace,health and safety,in order to pro
vide for uniform zoning regulations;and whereas,in the
opinion of the Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately after
its passage,adoption and signature of the Mayor.

March
day of April ,l982,and published in a newspaper of
general circulation in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado on
the 16th day of April ,1982,all as required by the
Statutes of the State of Colorado.
