ORDINANCE No.5 82
AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING THE ESTES PARK
GENERAL IMPROVEMENT SEWER DISTRICT NO.
1
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,acting as ex—officio the Board of Directors of the
Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District No.l,has
received a certified copy of an Order of the District Court,
Larimer County,Colorado,including all lands within the
Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District No.1 within
The Estes Park Sanitation District;and
WHEREAS,the agreement between the Town of Estes Park
and The Estes Park Sanitation District provides that the
District may be dissolved upon inclusion of all the lands
within the District within The Estes Park Sanitation District
and the payment in full of all the indebtedness of the Estes
Park General Improvement Sewer District No.1;and
WHEREAS,all of the outstanding indebtedness,obligation,
and liabilities of the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer
District No.1 have been paid in full;and
WHEREAS,the Board held a public hearing on the dissolution
of said District on February 23,1982,at 7:30 P.M.in the
Municipal Building of the Town of Estes Park;and
WHEREAS,notice as provided by law was published and
mailed to all electors of said District;and
WHEREAS,after hearing any protest against or objection
to dissolution,the Board determines that it is for the
best interest of all concerned to dissolve the Estes Park
General Improvement Sewer District No.1;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,AS EX-OFFICIO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF ESTES PARE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT SEWER DISTRICT NO.1:

Section 1.That the Estes Park General Improvement
Sewer District No.1 is hereby dissolved.
Section 2.That a certified copy of this Ordinance
be filed in the Office of the County Clerk and Recorder,
Larimer County,Colorado.
Section 3.That the Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado,as Ex—officio the Board of Directors of the
Estes Park General Improvement District No.1,herewith
finds,determines and designates that this Ordinance is
necessary for their immediate preservation of the public
peace,health and safety,in order to provide for proper
sanitation service;and whereas in the opinion of the Board
of Trustees,as Ex—officio the Board of Directors of the
Estes Park General Improvement District No.1,an emergency
exists,this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately after its passage,adoption and signature of the
Mayor.

I hereby certify that the above ordinance was introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees as Ex—
officio the Board of Directors of the Estes Park General
Improvement District No.1,on the nrdday of February
1982,and published in a newspaper of general circulation in
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,on the 26th day ofFebruary,1982,all as required by the Statutes
of the State of Colorado.
