ORDINANCE NO.20-82
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 17.16.010 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended by
adding thereto a new subsection 17 to read as follows:
17.Lots 4 thru 25,27 thru 34,36 thru 40,Block 1,
Lots 1 thru 12,Block 2,and Outlots B,C,D,E and F of
Fall River Estates Second Addition.
Section 2.That Section 17.24.010 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended by
adding thereto a new Subsection 23 to read as follows:
23.Lots 1 thru 3,26,35,Block 1,Fall River Estates
Second Addition.
Section 3.That Section 17.36.010 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended by
adding thereto a new Subsection 23 to read as follows:
23.Lots 1 thru 4,Block 3,Lots 1 thru 4,Block 4,
Fall River Estates Second Addition.
Section 4.The Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates
that this Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preservation
of the public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for
uniform zoning regulations;and whereas,in the opinion of the
Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately after its passage,
adoption and signature of the Mayor.
