ORDINANCE NO.16-82
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 17.32.010 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended by
adding thereto a new Subsection 26 to read as follows:
26.Tracts 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,and 12
of Beaver Point First Addition,Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 2.That Section 17.36.010 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended by
adding thereto a new Subsection 22 to read as follows±
22.Tracts 13,14,15 and 16 of Beaver Point First Addition,
Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 3.That Section 17.16.010 Subsections 14,15
and 16 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,are amended to read as follows:
14.Prospect Estates Addition;
15.Lots 3,4,5,6,7,8,12,13,14,19,20,21,23,
24,25,26,27,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,
49,and 50 Grand Estates Addition,Town of Estes Park,Colorado;
16.Lots 41,42,and 43 and Outlot A of Fall River Estates
First Addition to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 4.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that
this Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preservation
of the public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for
uniform zoning regulations;and whereas,in the opinion of the
Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately after its passage,adoption
and signature of the Mayor.
