AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THE SANE
PERTAINING TO ZONING OF SAINT VRAIN
CENTER SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 17.36.010,Subsection 2 of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended
to read as follows:
2.All the lands included within lots 16,17,30,and
37 of White Meadow View Place Addition except those portions
of Lots 1 and 2 of Saint Vram Center Subdivision contained
within said Lot 37 and except Lot 3 of Saint Vram Center Sub
division.
Section 2.That Section 17.36.010,Subsection 3 of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended
to read as follows:
3.All the lands included in Manford Addition,except
the following described portion thereof:a portion of Lot S
of the Manford Addition,more particularly described as follows:
commencing at the center quarter corner of Section 30,Township
5 North,Range 72 West of the 6th P.M.,which is monumented
by a brass cap marker set in concrete;thence South 00°22’44”
West a distance of 60.00 feet along the westerly line of the
Manford Addition to the true point of beginning,said point
being on a curve on the southerly right—of—way of Manford Avenue;
thence continuing along the westerly line of the Manford Addition
South 00°22’44”West a distance of 420.61 feet;thence South
89°37’16”East a distance of 100.00 feet;thence North 00°22’44”
East,parallel to the west line of the Manford Addition,411.07
feet to a point on a curve of the southerly right—of—way of
Manford Avenue;thence northwesterly a distance of 100.58 feet
along the arc of said curve which is concave to the southwest
and has a radius of 580.30 feet,said curve being subtended
by a chord which bears North 84°10’lB”West a distance of 100.45
feet to the true point of beginning.All bearings are relative
to the north line of the southeast quarter of Section 30,
Township 5 North,Range 72 West of the 6th P.M.,bearing South
89°11’OO”East.The southwest corner of the northwest quarter
of the southeast quarter of Section 30,Township 5 North,Range
72 West of the 6th P.M.was found in place and is an iron pipe
set in concrete and is the southwest corner of the Manford
Addition;and except Lots 5,6,7,16,17,18 and 19 of DeVille
Subdivision;and except those portions of Lots 1 and 2 of Saint
Vram Center Subdivision located within Lot 6 of the Manford
Addition.
Section 3.That Section 17.32.010 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended by adding thereto
a new Subsection 25 to read as follows:
25.Lots 1,2,and 3 of Saint Vram Center Subdivision.
Section 4.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that
this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of

the public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for
uniform zoning regulations;and whereas,in the opinion of the
Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately after its passage,
adoption and signature of the Mayor.

I hereby certify that the above ordinance was introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on the 13th &27th
daysof April ,1982,and published in a newspaper of
general circulation in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,on
the 30th day of April ,1982,all as required by the
Statutes of the State of Colorado.
