AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING
TO ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 17.24.0l0,Subsection 12 of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is
amended to read as follows:
12.Lot 1,Livingston Lake Subdivision.
Section 2.That Section 17.24.010,Subsection 13 of
the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is
amended to read as follows:
13.The West 100 feet of Lot 3,Rock Acres Subdivision.
Section 3.That Section 17.36.010,Subsection 15 of
the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is
amended to read as follows:
15.Lot 2,Livingston Lake Subdivision.
Section 4.That Section 17.36.010 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be amended by
adding thereto a new Subsection 20 to read as follows:
20.Lot 2,Rock Acres Subdivision and Lot 3,Rock
Acres Subdivision except the West 100 feet thereof.
Section 5.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates
that this Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preserva
tion of the public peace,health and safety,in order to
provide for uniform zoning regulations;and whereas,in the
opinion of the Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
after its passage,adoption and signature of the Mayor.

the l3thday of January ,1981,and published in a
newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,on the l6thday of January ,1981,all as
required by the Statutes of the State of Colorado.
