ORDINANCE NO.15 -81
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THE SAME
PERTAINING TO ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 17.16.010 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is amended by
adding thereto a new Subsection 13 to read as follows:
13.Lots 4 through 8,Block 4,Lot 6 and Lots 8 through
19,Block 5,Lots 1 through 10,Block 6,and Lots 1 through
7,Block 7,all in Lone Pine Acres First Addition.
2.Section 2.That Section 17.20.010,Subsection 20
of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado
is amended to read as follows:
20.All of Lot 7,Block 5,Lone Pine Acres First
Addition.
Section 3.That Section 17.32.010,Subsection 11
of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado
is amended to read as follows:
11.Lots 1,2,31,34,35 and 36 of White Meadow View
Place Addition.
Section 4.That Section 17.36.010,Subsection 2
of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is
amended to read as follows:
2.All the lands included within Lots 16,17,30 and
37 of White Meadow View Place Addition.
Section 5.The Board of Trustees of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates
that this Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preserva
tion of the public peace,health and safety,in order to
provide for uniform zoning regulations;and whereas,in the

opinion of the Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
after its passage,adoption and signature of the Mayor.

I hereby certify that the above ordinance was introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on
the 22nd day of September ,1981,and published in a
newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,on the 25thday of September ,1981,all as
required by the Statutes of the State of Colorado.
