AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ROADWAY LOCATED IN THE
SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23,TOWNSHIP 5
NORTH,RANGE 73 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.,LARIMER
COUNTY,COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.The roadway described as follows:
All of that road shown as Oldman Lane on the plat of
Elkhorn Estates,a Subdivision of a portion of SE*
of Section 23,Township 5 North,Range 73 West of the
6th P.M.,as filed with the Larimer County Clerk on
May 8,1957 by Reception #727742,that lies within
the boundaries of the Amended Plat of a portion of
Elkhorn Estates as recorded in Book 2113,Page 299 of
the Larimer County Records except what is shown and
dedicated on said Amended Plat as Fall River Lane.
is hereby vacated.
Section 2.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,herewith finds,determines and declares that owners of
land abutting on said roadway have duly requested the Board of
Trustees to vacate the same.
Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
read at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on the 9th
June ,1981,and published in a newspaper of general
circulation in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,on the 12th day
June ,1981,all as required by the Statutes of the

Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that this
public peace,health and safety,for the vacation of streets affects
the public peace,health and safety;and whereas,in the opinion
of the Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this ordinance
shall take effect upon its final passage,adoption and the
approval and signature of the Mayor.
