AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SANE PERTAINING TO ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 17.16.010 (7)of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended to
read as follows:
7.Tracts 1 through 20,Tracts 24 through
54,and Tracts 83 through 91,Tract 96,Fall
River Addition.
Section 2.That Section 17.24.010 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,shall be amended
by the addition of subsection (29)to read as follows:
29.Tracts 92,93,94 and 95,Fall River
Addition.
Section 3.The Town Board finds certifies that all
development on the above—stated property shall be based upon
conforming density under the terms and provisions of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 4.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates
that this Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preservation
of the public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for
uniform zoning regulations;and whereas,in the opinion of the
Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately after its passage,
adoption and signature of the Mayor.
