ORDINANCE NO.11-84
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO COMPENSATION
OF MUNICIPAL CLERK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 2.52.040 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,shall be amended to
read as follows:
2.52.040 Compensation of the clerk of the municipal
court.The clerk of the municipal court shall receive as
compensation for his services as a clerk of the municipal
court an annual salary of $3,335.52
per year,payable monthly;provided that any clerk of the muni
cipal court who serves for only a part of a year shall receive
for his compensation only that portion of the foregoing annual
salary as determined by the portion of the year he actually
serves as a clerk of the municipal court.
Section 2.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates
that this Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preserva
tion of the public peace,health and safety,in order to provide
for uniform administration regulations;and whereas,in the
opinion of the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately after
its passage,adoption and signature of the Mayor.

of general circulation in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
