AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 17.40.010 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended thereto to read
as follows:
17.40.010 Boundaries.The boundaries of the E—1 estate
district shall be as set forth in this section.Included in the
E-1 estate district shall be the following described lands:
1.All the land included in Stanley Heights Addition B;
2.Tracts 1 thru 5,Arapaho Meadows Addition.
Section 2.That Section 17.44.030 of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,is amended thereto by
the addition of subsection 3 to read as follows:
3.Tracts 6 and 7,Arapaho Meadows Addition.
Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that
this Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preservation of
the public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for
uniform zoning regulations;and whereas,in the opinion of the
Board of Trustees,an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately after its passage,
adoption and signature of the Mayor.

read at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees on the 22nd
day of October ,1985,and published in a newspaper of
general circulation in the Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
