ORDINANCE 6-85
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION
OF SIGNS PURSUANT TO SECTION 17.66.490
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE,TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That all signs proposed to be placed by the
Estes Park Medical Center as shown on the plans prepared by the
Estes Park Medical Center are hereby authorized to be placed
within the Town as shown on said plans.That this authorization
is pursuant to the provisions of Section 17.66.190 (B)(5)of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 2.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that this
Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for
emergency health care information;and whereas,in the opinion of
the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately after its passage,
adoption and signature of the Mayor.
