AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Chapter 17,Section 17.20.010,§8,of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado is hereby
amended to read as follows:
17.20.010 Boundaries.
8.All of the lands included in Lots 14,15,16,and 18 of
South St.Vram Addition;
Section 2.That Chapter 17,Section 17.16.010,of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park is hereby amended by the
addition of section 17.16.010 (19)to read as follows:
17.16.010 Boundaries.
19.Lot 17,south st.Vram Addition;
Section 3.The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado,herewith finds,determines and designates that this
Ordinance is necessary for their immediate preservation of the
public peace,health and safety,in order to provide for
rezoning;and whereas,in the opinion of the Board of Trustees an
emergency exists,this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediately after its passage,adoption and signature of
the Mayor.
