Present:Mayor Harry B.Tregent Trustees:H.Bernerd Dannels,Margaret
Houston,Craig Y.Meusel,
Robert E.Wagner
Also Present:Town Administrator Hill,WaterS Superintendent McCracken,
Consulting Engineer Kemp,Town Attorney White
Mayor Tregent called this special meeting of the Board of Trustees
for the purpose of being briefed on the proposed agreement between
the Municipal Subdistrict of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
District and certain Western Slope interests.
Mr.Earl Phipps,Manager,and John Sayre,Legal Counsel for the
Municipal Subdistrict of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
District,briefed the Board on all of the provisions of the pro
posed agreement.
A question and answer session followed the briefing.
The Board of Trustees will be asked to adopt a resolution approving
the agreement prior to June 30,1980.
